Probate
When your loved one dies, I will guide the executor/executrix of the will, the trustee of any trust, and any other parties with power over the estate, through the probate process required in Pennsylvania.
Estate Planning
I will meet with you and create a specific estate plan and documents unique to your specific sutiation. My goal is to make certain that 1) your family and others important to you are provided for in the event of your death or physical or mental incapacity, and 2) your needs are cared for and your wishes are carred out in the event of your physical or mental incapacity.
Business Formation/Counseling
I will help you with the legal requirements for starting your own business, and once you are up and running, I will provide legal services your business may require, such as contract drafting and review, counseling you on various laws impacting your business, and representation in litigation involving your business.
Family Law
I represent people in all aspects of divorce cases, and prepare prenuptial agreements.
General Civil Litigation and Counselling
I will represent clients in most general civil litigation disputes, and counsel clients who have legal questions.
