Estate Planning

Estate Planning is necessary to make certain that 1) your family and others important to you are provided for in the event of your death or physical or mental incapacity, and 2) your needs are cared for and your wishes are carred out in the event of your physical or mental incapacity.

I will meet with you to discuss your present situation and your wishes, and using my training and experience, will create an estate plan unique to your specific needs.  I will then draft all of the necessary documents.

Most people require at minimum a simple will, a durable power of attorney, and a health care power of attorney/living will.  However, many people have more complex situations or needs, and thus will require more complex documents such as a complex will(containing trust provisions, tax savings provisions, or numerous bequests) or a trust.
