When your loved one dies, I will guide the executor/executrix of the will, the trustee of any trust, and any other parties with power over the estate, through the probate process required in Pennsylvania.  The probate process in Pennsylvania, although simpler than in many other states, still requires a trained and experienced attorney to make sure that that the wishes of the deceased are carried out, and that his or her heirs are protected.  I will make sure that your loved one's last wishes are carried out.

My fees in this area depend upon the size and complexity of the estate, and how much time I spend on the matter.
