Starting your own business can be daunting. I will assist you in determining the best form for your business (sole proprietorship, corporation, LLC, etc.), and will prepare the documentation required to form your business entity.
Fee Schedule*
Incorporation(includes application, advertising, drafting bylaws, and assistance with initial formalities) - $500.00 plus costs(application fee, advertising costs, and corporation kit)
LLC Formation(includes application and preparation of operating agreement) - $600.00 plus costs(application fee)
*The above fees are mininums, and I reserve the right to charge a higher fee based on the complexity of the matter and my time spent on the matter.
Business Counseling/Representation
I provide legal services to new and established businesses, including contract drafting and review, advice on various laws impacting businesses, Buy/Sell agreements, and representation in litigation.
These services will be charged at my standard fee of $125.00 per hour.
